I have reviewed our accounting records and it appears that check #69500 in the amount of $45.00 was issued on 03/12/2010 and check #69965 in the amount of $40.00 was issued on 09/09/2010. Both checks were issued in preparation for the trial Does 2-7. As you know, those cases subsequently settled; therefore, Ms. as not needed for trial testimony or for any other trial purpose and is not entitled to payment now, more than a year later. Please advise your client of the above information and please remind her of the no contact order that remains in effect today.
