The Transitional National Council of Libya Humanitarianan Aid - Benghazi Visit Meetings All visitors will have access to meet with anyone in Benghazi and visit any "safe" area. We will arrange meetings with the following people if they are in Benghazi at the time of your visit. And if you have specific request, I will make sure that we meet with them. Members of the council • Mustafa Abdul Jalil - Chairman of the Council • Abdul Hafiz Ghoga - Vice Chairman of the Council, Spokesman, and City of Benghazi Executive Board (interim government) • Mahmoud Jebril — Chairman and Head of International Affairs (he spends more time in Qatar than Benghazi. Qatar has provided tremendous support and facilities to the Libyan Council and people) • Ali Al-Issawi - Vice-Chairman ir Ali Al-Tarhuni - Finance and Oil My people on the ground will facilitate: • landing permits if delegation is to come on private plane • security escort from the airport and throughout visit • hotel accommodations We are looking forward to working closely with you to make the visit and our corresponding business very successful.
