Payment is due immediately if a booking is made less than eight weeks prior to scheduled loading date. Cancellation Terms If a confirmed booking is cancelled by the Yacht Owner, the following cancellation terms apply: (a) No refund will be paid to the Yacht Owner. TRANS TRANSPORT (b) If cancellation is received more than two (2) months prior to the loading, and the Total transport price has been received in full by the Carrier, the Carrier will make reasonable efforts to resell the terminated slot. In all cases twenty five (25) percent of the Total transport price will be non-refundable. In the event the slot is sold, the Total transport price paid by the Yacht Owner will be credited towards a future voyage, for the received amount of the slot up to a maximum of seventy five (75) percent of the Total transport price paid by the Yacht Owner. The credit will remain valid for one (1) year after the date of cancellation by the Yacht Owner. Terms of space reservation: No space is reserved until you are in receipt of an executed Booking Note and payment has been received by the due date. Insurance Deductibles Flo/Flo Bookings - Your insurance deductible under this policy, for which the yacht owner will be responsible regardless of the source of cause of damage, will be USD 5,000.
