Incident Report Case Number: 06-1242 Date: 09/08/06 Officer: Zeller #8842 NARRATIVE: On Friday, September 8th, 2006 at 0104 hours, and I arrived at 358 El Brillo Wa in res onse to a 911 Hang-up. Palm Beach Communications advised that the 911 call came from but the telephone line was busy / static on call back. Upon our arrival, we observed a 2005 black Cadillac Escalade, Florida Tag O29 9GT, parked in the east drive-way. Palm Beach Communications advised that the tag is registered to the homeowner, Jeffrey Epstein. The house appeared to be under construction at the time of this report. ), and I conducted a premise check and located an open-door to the pool house, located to the south of the pool, and a second open door, to a sliding glass door, located to the east of the pool. The pool house open door had no access to the main house, the interior appeared under renovation and we were unable to secure the door. The sliding glass door did have access to the main house. The interior appeared secure and also under renovation. The sliding glass door and all doors to the main house were secured and I exited the residence through the front door. A guest house, located on the southeast of the property appeared secure from the exterior but we could observe that the interior was fully furnished and various clothing items were observed in what appeared to be the family room. Palm Beach Communications attempted to contact Ghi Slaine Maxwell, and but were unable to make contact. The telephone number for Maxwell was busy and a message was left for In addition, I was later advised b Palm Beach Communications that on Thursda September 7th, 2006 at 0830 hours, ) responded to in response to a trespass. Palm Beach Communications received a telephone call from Don Labonte who stated that Geraldo Rivera, a known television reporter, was on the property and refused to leave upon request from the contractor. Mr. Rivera was gone when officers arrived and no police report was completed. Request follow-up to make contact with the representatives listed above or the contractor on site.
