Estimate BB10001227 TC refers to the scope and we need to get some parts on order ASAP to get some idea of delivery forecasts. The checks would take approx 3 weeks although this is entirely dependant on what defects we find on the inspection and spares availability. As soon as the estimate is signed I will get the scheduled replacement parts on order. Mick has attached this to confirm to us that he will settle our outstanding debts from the proceeds of the sale at closing.
