He has solicited an escrow agreement from Elite Title, but he is waiting on his management company to review the CAMMS first. Our read only access expired but was reset yesterday. The buyer in Chino is Jeff Clayton who also owns and operates a Super 27 already. He is only talking 1.0 million dollars though, so he is on the back burner. Lastly, we have the Gov't of Kuwait working through another Miami broker. FYI...we are ok to do business with them now, as they are an emerging market, but I fear they may need to be completely educated on industry standards.
