Attached is a summary of sum of the issues discussed.
In addition:
Eileen and I see the need for an additional admin person - either on a part time or full time basis.
Likewise, we both will limit Rich l's outside interaction - hopefully this will not cause too much friction from
him. Also, with that in mind, I will meet/speak with Tom next week upon
his return re 1040 (and other) status. I think we should get a draft from him mid-September
