If there is one, it's Steve Bannon, a goy Abbie Hoffman. Re:: Yippie ethos - it came out two major influences: 1. the cybernetic idea (including feedback), which, as Gregory Bateson said, is "the most important idea in 2000 years, since the idea of 'Jesus Christ'." The next tie he went on, when the host asked for a pause, he ripped off his shirt and underneath, there he was wearing an American Flag undershirt.
