I am trying to trace exactly the authority granted to Akin with regard to taxes; each POA has stated purposes. Or perhaps Akin requested through IRS portal http://www.irs.gov/Individuals/Get-Transcript I appreciate if you could clarify. And note, I do not wish to hold up your efforts going forward given the strict deadlines. Rich, as far I know we do not have a POA for gaming purposes. That being said, if you feel comfortable handling requests for Leon's tax transcripts in house going forward that is fine with us. Further to that, we just ask that the request be handled expeditiously as it takes between one to two weeks for the IRS to send and we are dealing with very tight deadlines in relation to the gaming applications. We will provide you with advanced notice at the time of need. Additionally, when you get a chance, could you please pass along more contact info for yourself and Rich D'Agostino, like telephone numbers and addresses (if not at the Elysium offices)? See my info below. Also, per Roman Rogovoy's email on Friday afternoon, you should now have permanent access to the Akin FTP server going forward which will make transmission of materials easy and secure. We have to order these twice a year as a requirement for Leon's renewal applications for two jurisdictions in Illinois. I am working on getting you permanent access to our ftp server.
