I will forward background on the 401K discussion shortly but after speaking with Leon late last week I submitted 401 K setup to our HR provider without matching. We elected to make safe harbor contributions to our non highly compensated employees only. I will see if I can adjust but notices were to go out today. Do you have time for a brief call on this subject? Timber-We will nail down cost basis on timber precisely but upon checking last week with Rich D. I communicated to both Jeffrey and Leon that although sale of this interest will yield approximately $16mil, we have received $2.6 mil in distributions since inception and therefore gain/loss in the sale will be minimal. IT-We are sending 30 day notice today to our current IT provider. Rich spoke to the chosen new service company yesterday afternoon and verbally negotiated terms of their original proposal we wanted to change. Contract should be coming to us today. I participated in the interview process but Rich J has been most hands on and we are going with his preferred choice.
