From: John Christensen ct ia> To: Jeffrey Epstein <[email protected]> Cc: Richard Kahn < la> Subject: Engineering candidate Date: Sun, 26 Mar 2017 20:05:59 +0000 Good afternoon Jeffrey, An update on the meeting with Joe Desantis, myself, Anna and on LSJ today. We got a positive impression. Especially and myself felt he could be a good candidate. Joe noticed multiple items that needed attention without us pointing them out. Disconnected UV treatment lights, missing variable speed pumps, missing covers on electrical panels etc. He is soft spoken and pleasant. Seems to be concerned about maintaining correct documentation and maintenance logs (a hotel requirement) Has a policy of always training his crew so everyone can step in if needed. Very flexible with work hours According to The negative: he has a good reputation in Compass Point Marina where he lives. Limited RO experience. He would have to do the training program alongside Smiley. I don't think it's a deal breaker. I'm sure he can learn. Anna correctly noted that it's hard to judge a persons skills on a conversation. She recommended a trial. I fully agree with that, With your permission I'll schedule Joe to work on a few projects for us on his days off. Working a day with Smiley and a day with Danny E. Thanks John .Sent from my iPhone EFTA00644590
