The house is in a garden of 45000 square meters Interior area is 59300 sq ft. Which makes around 5500 square meters,I measured from the plans with courtyards and pavilions...etc the overall construction is over 7000 square meters which makes it one of the biggest houses if not the biggest ever built in Marrakech. The mature garden being as impressive as the house consists of many expensive trees and plants which in my opinion are worth several million euros. For comparison , there are quite a few houses for sale in the Palmeraie for around 3 to 10 million Euros.They are perfectly nice,charming vacation houses. To give you another example ,my house happens to be in the same compound with the house of the Emir of Qatar.We went for lunch there and we saw that the house has neither the quality nor the beauty of the house we are comparing with.It is sold 2 years ago for around 100 million euros and they have been working on it ever since.Also there is Dar Olfa again in our compound for 65 million Euros. It will not be fair to compare any of them with this house as it is by far superior in taste and quality to all of them. Words can not be enough to describe the beauty of Palais Annakhil...
