As a update, Alan and I went over the Foundation returns in September.
The Black Family Foundation was updated to accrue interest to 11/15 (prior version had accrued thru 9/15.
LDB Foundation had no changes since prior version that was circulated.
Returns for both foundations will be electronically filed. I have attached herewith the adobe files (password to follow).
