I flew down to PB for the day for my Mother's birthday. You were right the house is too large for her to handle and I think she will eventually make a move. I am going to look at a house with her today on Seabreeze. She wants something that is approx 4,000 sq ft without a lot of maintenance. I just want her to be comfortable and happy. Maybe next week I could stop by and take a peak at the apt's on Third. i would be happy to put together a presentation to show you and the girls different ideas. I had a great time in LA.
