If he has over $400M in the foundation and he is willing to devote some high percentage to global heath causes we give him choices of then there should be a way to do it without there being an NPT involved — or any yearly fee against the assets. We would have to figure out how to charge him for the overhead of managing the money but beyond that there should only be a foundation or a trust. An idea I am getting some enthusiasm for is defining some giving opportunity areas like mass drug administration or reproductive health and letting people give to those. This fits into the DAF ideas Jeffrey Epstein has continued to talk about. EFTA00651435
