I had to laugh when I read this as it was exactly the reason I didn't want to answer you. "What do you want„ what do you want...you force me to focus on strictly answering your specific questions in emails, avoiding meeting in person and any opportunity to get a real sense for months, and then you come back with an email like this. So in some ways I have not learned, I still fall for the same tricks. It's funny, really. I walked straight into it. My 'making people feel good is not about getting what I want. If you got that idea from my email, please read it carefully again. This is why I asked to have these conversations face to face but you delay, cancel, avoid and my patience ran out. It's my fault. I am disappointed you find it so hard to believe that I could be doing something right, but I see a difference, other people around me see it and I feel pretty good about my progress. I finally have a great understanding of who I am, who I want to be and what I need to work on. So while I am aware there is room for improvement, your email doesn't have much weight at the moment.
