They make an overhead investment in my company over 2 years which started July '10 and runs through July '12. They recoup in two ways, overhead reimbursement directly from the studios that make any of my films, and by having a 5% share of my producer fees and back end of projects developed during the two year term. If the 600k hasn't been fully recouped within the term, they charge 10% per annum but can only recoup via this system. I have no current or further obligation to repay from myself personally or from any other source. Please let me know if you want a copy of that signed agreement for your perusal and files.
