Remove rugs and have professionally cleaned and treated for mold or replace? I. treat and clean or replace? 2. Remove padding and have professionally cleaned and treated for mold or replace? I. treat and clean or replace? 3. Treat all areas in cabanas for mold I. Anna and I will discuss with Reffco when they return and Anna will coordinate with rug cleaner if you decide to clean vs replacement 4. All AC units at every building including maintenance buildings must be cleaned for mold - this is a priority as there are health issues associated with mold 1. Anna and I will discuss with Reffco for treatment and cost 5. Anna, There is also mold on the grout in Mr. Epstein shower - please have housekeeping scub with a heavy duty tile cleaner, rubber gloves and brushes. Let me know when they are starting so I can go review with everyone and help. I. Anna and I will discuss with Reffco for treatment and cost 2. Possible re-grout and seal if grout doesn't cleanup- looks like no sealer on grout - will advise after cleaning. 6. Test all buildings 1. Closed up dark buildings that get hot and humid are perfect breeding areas for mold. Can we turn AC units back on and try at 76 degrees and make adjustments as needed?
