Bryan was open with me regarding pricing and stated a below $30M price would be real and that was off the record,. when I spoke to Kip just now, he is telling me the BBJ is worth $32M, after speaking with Andrew the President of AvJet and the owner of the BBJ, Kip was short with me on the phone and stated a deposit is what's needed to start real negotiations I informed that we could buy AI 's plane for $25M and Kip confirmed that Wynn's plane sold for $28M net to seller after commissions,. Kip stated the interior of Wynn's BBJ needed soft goods and wood. Personally I dont like Kip or Andrew,. I like Bryan but he's just a sales Assoc, and Kip is a Manager at AvJet and obviously is pushing Bryan to the side with these negotiations. Kip informed that an offer of $26 or $27M would not be taken seriously, and advised against it,. the interior on their BBJ was completed 3 months ago,.
