Series D Capital Raise of $400M Term Sheets due on 05/23/17 Expects Closing at the end of June Lead time = 24 months Wouldn't give me an average check size per se, but said it would most likely need to be north of $10M. The May 23rd Term Sheet is for the Lead Investor of the round. Does Southern Trust wish to submit a "Lead Term Sheet" or wait to participate as follower capital? Follower capital will have access to the key terms of the capital raise after the 23rd. If interested, I need to send Matt an email registering your Lucid interest as Lead or Follower Capital. In the meantime, if you would like to speak with Matt; He's available all week to discuss the round and appropriate next steps. To protect all interested parties we'll have a NDA drafted.
