I have spoken with Richard on several occasions & I believe we all would like to get this issue resolved. I sent out letters of nonpayment & intent to lean with no response for you all. I have all the documents in place & the lean is in the process of being recorded. I am sure you don't want a lean on your property & I don't want to wait forever on my money. $ 15,500 is the cost I have out of pocket on the project so obviously their is not a lot of profit left for me at the $ 23,300. You came back with 10k, I am not willing to settle for less than half of my money that we originally agreed on. You came across as a descent guy when I spoke with you personable while working on the project. I went above & beyond normal conditions fixing up your old building. On the hole vehicle incident, the only thing that I am guilty of is being out to later than I should have been. As you know that place turns into a different animal after 10pm. You mentioned that you had video surveillance at the restaurants, hopefully you took the time to review them & see their is nothing incriminating against me. I understand the fact that you are out a vehicle, I just don't understand why I am supposed to take a huge loss strictly on my side for something that was unforeseen. I have worked all over the world & this is the first time I have ever had a issue like this. You seemed to have a descent staff on the island and I hate the fact that it has ended like this. I would love to get this resolved ASAP. I am not sure what the magic number is to settle this?
