We also looked Into the purchase of energy from a different source than Con Edison and with the rising fuel costs due to the guff crisis and other problems in middle east we were told by Source One it was a bad time to try to lock into a second party vendor being the energy commodity rises with the problems. I agree with you 100 % I feel at this time we need to lock into a plan with a second party vendor being Con Edison has just announced they will be raising their utility cost 12% in NYC we will contact Source one today for rates with someone else.
