Attaching some salient ones that come to mind, on reflection. Couldn't really formulate them without some preliminary background comment, which will be mostly familiar from earlier discussion, but in case you're intending to show this to others. Not Hilbert's questions, but the state of the disciplines is so radically different that it's more important, I think, to pose general challenges that have significant import well beyond language than to enumerate very specific and narrow questions, typically not of much general interest.
