This is the bid Brice received for stucco wok at ranch. It totals $134,064 and covers most damaged 1st floor walls/columns. Does not include 2nd floor terraces/patios. This is the sub-contract to the original contractor. Brice said you wanted them to quote on the work. Questions: • Is this what you were expecting, price range? • Did you want more quotes. Brice said you only wanted this contractor. • Did you want this work done ASAP? Also below is a brief history from Brice. Craig Zorro: Stucco History 2007- 2008 first attempt to repair was done, it showed signs of failure within a year and the color did not match 2009 -2010 Contacted 2 local companies to place bids, one declined due to the scope of the work the other could do stucco but not guarantee color match, no bid was forwarded 2010- 2011 Jeffey directed that i contact Bradbury Stamm, ABQ who where the original project company. they refereed us to Les File who did the original finishing of the walls on the main house, Mud Brothers the roofing contractor did landscape walls In the Later part of 2011, Jeffrey requested the bid to be fonvarded to Gary Kemey, who reviewed and agreed to scope of work and cost..
