Darren mentioned that George was not doing well. I spoke to Alan Duglash last week and he explained that he
has limited involvement with GM. He also mentioned that he has many high profile clients and prides himself on
keeping everyones affairs separate and confidential. Alan would like to meet with you when you return to NY. I
was not sure if you wanted to put something on the calendar to meet or even do a conference call sooner.
