The land is 125' x 160' deep (20,000 sf). They say it has 20' of water views but the survey looks like it has about 40' of frontage west of your seawall which intersects the north property line. The east boundary is about even with the east side of your pool house. The house is a 3 story Regency with 12,400 sf gross. Before it was Celia's it belonged to Consuelo Vanderbilt when she was Mme. Jacques Balsan after she was Duchess of Marlborough. If you're interested, I'll go through it.
