She wants me to pay her in advance (in December already) to book a flat for March.. but i dont have a visa yet and I dont wanna pay 1200 AUD and never ever get a flat... how should I act in this situation? what should i verify to be sure i get a place? maybe sendin my australian friend to check the place somehow?? thing is that she is in London.
