I have been trying to get guidance for 2 weeks at least on arrangements but have not received any feedback from Cecile. I just found out today that arrangements are not made for hotel or arrival. I leave for Los Angeles tonight and cannot do anything today. It would have been nice if some had responded to my repeated requests about what todo. I had emailed Cecile weeks ago that you ok'd coming a day early but had heard nothing. I wouldn't have minded trying to make arrangements if someone had told me I had to or bothered to respond to my requests.
