What this means to you and JE: two parties to the agreement are not going to sign until this issue is resolved so you and JE cannot sign until they resolve. Considering our experience with Zwirn, it is highly likely he will continue to disagree until arbitration commences. Noah and/or I can call Fortress' counsel — highly likely that he is going to repeat that they just want to be done too, but Zwirn is unreasonable.
