I don't want to be writing your name incorrectlyl) I think everything is on track with the sale of the Klee. Lynn Howard is going to talk to her client about the sales tax issue and then will get back to us with the answer, which I believe will be that the client wants us to ship the work out of state. I'd still prefer to have the conservator do the final condition check at SAT instead of Day & Meyer, so that is an open question, too, but overall, I think things are moving in the right direction and we should be able to wrap this up either by the end of this week or very early next week at the latest.
