I think the project is totally doable in NYC with everything at easy disposal and the contacts. If you want to proceed, I will ask Connie what her project schedule is and then she could prepare a budget based on what is desired after Mariana sings for her and she gets an idea of what she has to work with. They would pick some pieces to work on and then rehearse them over and over to build a base, and also to get Mariana's voice together. Connie works out of her apartment across from Lincoln Center.
