It will be announced at the Sir Roger Penrose lecture at the Royal Institution on Tuesday night next week (ii"). There are still some tickets left. Nothing is public yet but the website is finished. Sir Roger Penrose and I are to announce an Institute for the Study of Consciousness, Creativity, and the Physics of the Universe. There will be an announcement at his book talk at the Royal Institution, London on Tuesday the 14th March. The Penrose Institute is to look into the difference between human intelligence and artificial intelligence, the interplay between quantum mechanics and general relativity and developments in quantum biology that might be applicable to the brain. It will be experimentally based and hopes to spur innovations in biotech, computation and sensor technology.
