Hardeep,
I can change my calendar on 10/2 afternoon in Silicon Valley (focused).
I can also change my calendar on 10/4 (sat) afternoon in Silicon Valley (broadly - could get to SF).
10/12 afternoon in SV broadly also works.
Unfortunately, no plans on NYC.
