There is a Remote App from Rockwell Collins, you can actually download it directly from the Apple App Store, search Rockwell Collins Cabin Remote. This will get you some idea of its capability. But as for using the App this will require some level of software development with the complexity depending on what system is currently installed and what features are desired.
