Sent from my iPhone Begin forwarded message: From: Josh Mesinger Date: February 24, 2017 at 6:13:23 PM EST To: Larry Visoski Subject: RE: Test fly Larry, Thanks for confirmation of the schedule. The 144 month inspections are not due for roughly 2 years. That is not something that we will approve. If there are some inspections coming due in the 90 days or 100 hours after the anticipated closing date (we have to deliver the aircraft current on its maintenance as of the closing date) that you want to propose adding to your prebuy inspection that you pay to inspect Chevron will consider allowing those to be done as part of your prebuy. That is common and customary, but looking out beyond that short term is not. Please do get us your complete prebuy proposal ASAP to review. Once it is agreed upon it will be the definitive complete inspection that will be done as part of this transaction. Thanks. Could you get Chevron's approval for Gulfstream to quote me the 144month items I'd like it taken care of during my pre- buy? I don't think there is any reason to delay the start of this a week and I don't think that it is a good idea to deliver the airplane on a Friday or Saturday and leave for the weekend. We need to have an induction meeting when we arrive to make sure everyone is on the same page and Gulfstream is set to start. Can you do it in the beginning of next week? It would be best to really stay with the schedule that Chevron is planning for....moving the plane on Tuesday and getting started.
