Good morning Jeffrey,
I have now been here on the island close to two weeks and have had a better chance to evaluate the staff situation. It is
still a work in progress, but I wanted to share with you my current findings. Most of it will not be new to you, but I want to
point out where I strongly feel that changes should be made.
