Dan informed me Mr. Haring was willing to pay $400k total for this trip all inclusive. Fuel expense alone $286,000 I recommended a guarantee per hour rate without mentioning a figure, Dan did not like that approach,. Dan is speaking with his insurance company and will call me later today, its my impression that Dan is expecting us to accept an $80,000 profit, once all expenses for the trip are paid. Estimated 40 hours of flying and 50,000 gallons fuel, the Boeing would end up in New York on Oct 25th. London - New York 7+I5min New York - Doha 12+04min Doha - Male' 4+00min Male' - New York 16+40min Charter insurance cost would be the biggest hurtle expense. We could offer the aircraft to Mr. Haring at $4000.00 per hour and he pays all other expense (handling, Parking, Flightplans, and crew expense), (40 hours of flying, $160,000 and aircraft ends up in New York.) We would have to provide insurance. Please advise if you are interested in this charter? Or should I advise them "we pass"?
