FXE Fort Lauderdale Executive, and Boca are not 24 hour, according to Boca and Excec, they are not approved for overtime late arrivals. 8727 Darren spoke to Ashely at 7pm this evening, according to Ashely, he was working a Boat charter deal and did not have time to hash out the contract regarding the Boeing. Ashley told Darren he would send him an email later tonight regarding changes to the contract, at this time, Darren as received no emails. here is Gary message: Larry, As I mentioned in my email this morning, Larry Wright called me at 10:00 pm last night after spending a great deal of time walking Ashley through the Purchase and Sale Agreement one section at a time. Ashley told Larry he would send Darren the comments today but he could not do a redline because the format he has was a PDF. Around 3:00 today I advised Larry we had nothing, and he said "Let me chase him right now" and that was the last I spoke with him. I called again right now and it went to voice mail. After everything we have been through, I cannot help but be skeptical, but we have to keep pushing on. I did not feel that any of the comments concerning the Purchase Agreement were unreasonable, and I do not believe they would be wasting their own time if they did not have an intention to finish the deal. I more inclined to agree with Darren's theory that their may be one additional link that has not been disclosed to us, and that link is the lynchpin to the deal.
