Or if Noam -- as the grantor of the Trusts -- should only inform Deborah that he wants Max to resign as the Trustee, and ask Deborah to inform Max. And we agree with you that Deborah has to be replaced. When would it be the right time to do so? It seems it could be problematic right now because we would not have the information that Noam needs. So when should we plan to replace her?
