Whether you'd like to express yourself more persuasively in everyday life or improve your ability to speak in front of an audience for professional purposes, our team of expert coaches will work with you in small groups, teaching the skills of formal debating to help you up your game. You will learn how to craft an argument and get your message across with impact. You'll increase your ability to think quickly and creatively under pressure, and respond to challenges with resilience and poise. And for those of you who have already attended one of our workshops, we are also offering an Advanced Stream. Building on what you leamed in the previous course, we will focus in depth on the skills you need to present under pressure, to deal effectively with challenges and respond robustly in real time, giving you the tools to speak with impact in any situation. The training will be delivered in partnership with Debate Mate. a social enterprise that reinvests its profits into delivering debating programmes in areas of high child poverty across the world.
