To service the Virgin Islands we would likely barge the homes from the Northeast. While we haven't handled barging on the East Coast yet, we have shipped a number of homes throughout the Puget Sound and to Alaska via barge in the past. We would have to study the shipping options to understand specific costs, but from what we have seen on the West Coast, I would expect barging to run upwards of $10,000 per module. Most of our homes are composed on anywhere from 2-5 modules, depending on the design. Method is currently in transition from our previous facility in Pennsylvania and expect to have a new facility up and running this summer. In the interim I have attached information on our process, costs, and plans for a handful of our pre-designed homes. Please let me know questions and added information I can provide.
