I do believe the idea of Boris separating/escrowing 10% of the Blue Talon and DigiSight stock and allocating to David any potential upside on that chunk of stock makes sense. Boris can control if and when the stock is sold and would have to do so ratably with his other 90%, which would presumably reside in his fund. That plus some cash should get us there. I'm not sure David will accept $250K at this point, but I'll push and push.
