I completed the $75,000.00 wire transfer to Regions last Monday. Be sure to get the release from the bank. Once that is
received I would like to file for Summary Judgment against Mike in the $550,000.00. He may just default. If he balks due
to the issues you pointed out previously, then we will let him know we intend to amend the complaint to allege fraud. I think
it is worth the cost to see wht he does and it might help with the IRS.
