These are the pleadings that J Marra received under seal, and that were the basis for several disclosures in his 6-19 Order denying the Motion to Dismiss (eg that there were 2 Grand Juries and that there was some form of recusal of SD Fla in favor of the MD Fla transfer (the role of the MD Fla and the limitation of authority of the SD Fla remain unclear given that Marie V and others at SD Fla continue to run litigation, making filings in own name), etc. Govt motion, attached, refers to sealed order of J Middlebrooks.
