What they really want is a piece of paper that they can point to that denotes theirs and their associates' shares, which I am sure will be used (and is needed) for them to get the written authority/mandate fRom the decision maker. They say that with this and the draft of the mandate/Power of Authority, THEY WILL GET the written mandate. Jeffrey, these people don't know you and all that they are asking for is a written understand of the split, structure and process.... Which seems reasonable to me... Think about it, we have nothing to lose, since no one is asking for anything upfront... So I ask that you be patient and supportive and they will either come through or they won't.
