Because some months I provide minimal services, and because there have been lengthy delays in getting individual invoices paid, I do not bill every month for both of the accounts. Instead, I wait until there is a substantial amount owed and submit a bill at that point. As of your payment on September 24, the balance for each account was zero. I submitted invoices on November 2 for 525,876.07 for Mr. Epstein and $2505 for Ms. M. These invoices were not paid. I resubmitted them on December 1, along with new invoices for 52621.85 for Mr. Epstein and $300 for Ms. M. I don't know why you never got the December I invoice for Mr. Epstein. It was part of the same pdf file that was emailed to Darren Indyke on December I at 1:38 pm. I am forwarding that email to you, along with the attached invoices, under separate cover. On January 20, 2010, after numerous requests to Darren, and only after I went to Mr. Epstein personally, I finally received a partial payment of 520,000, which I applied to Mr. Epstein's balance. That left a balance of $8497.92 for Mr. Epstein and $2805 for Ms. . The current invoices cover the period from December 1 to March I. I hope this clarifies any confusion and can lead to a prompt and full payment. Bruce E.
