Today at 10:00 a.m. eastern time, the sale of our beach site in Barbados should be completed. You will recall that the cash price was $16.5 million for 1.02 acres. The sale should have been completed two months ago, but the Bajan government has been difficult, the banks have been difficult, and the lawyers, who have been following the Bajan custom of holding the money in their account for the last two months, have naturally been slow. On a matter of ersonal si nificance I am oin to Johns Hopkins in the morning and anticipate I will be home in Maryland the rest of the week, but please remember, it is m hat is the subject of the activity, not my tongue, nor my brain and I will be hugging my mobile phone while I am housebound.
