Jack texted me last night asking if we are still interested?
Just checking with you on what I should be doing in response ?
I told Jack we would have spend 500k getting to our comfort level with interior and paint,
and having 19m total invest in 502, was high, I also told Jack, I wasn't happy about this
being the second GV built, that it concerned me for later resale, and that 547 even though
more money may be a better play.
