They are looking at the financial issues around the Duchess; what this means for her ie potential bankruptcy and what the future holds — moving overseas new ventures We clearly need to inject some balance into this piece. I would like to be able to give some guidance around the business failures and explain the background to Hartmore and Handmade and the fact that the Duchess has been a victim in these situations which has led to the current problems Would it be possible to give me guidance on how much I can say and what the reasons for the business collapse were — I really do think that if we can give clear positioning to the fact that the problems are due to business failures outside the Duchesses control and not due to personal spending which is the story they want to write that we can start to manage this but I do not know how far I can go on this.
