Joe said that he is not comfortable doing any thing with our lease until he has heard from his boss(es). I told him that it has been several weeks since we began this and he said that he still has not been able to communicate with them because most were on vacation. I also explained that we are not wedded to the list I gave him in my letter. He basically said that he does not want to meet with me, negotiate with me, or renew the lease with the same items as last time until he has spoken to the powers that be.
